This is the last Will and Testament of me Albert Easterling of 59 Anthony Street, Smithfield near Sydney in the State of New South Wales, Commonwealth of Australia, Plasterer.
I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentaet Dispositions at any timeheretofore made by me.
I appoint my son Albert Vincen John Easterling exectutor and trustee of this my Will.
I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my wife for and during her lifetime or until she shall remary, and on her death or remarriage to my children to be equally divided between them share and share alike as tenants-in-common.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this third day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and forty five.
